A unique studio experience.

Music is an art and a language, and I believe all kids and adults have the ability to learn to expressive themselves through music. My goal is to break down learning into small, manageable steps, so that anyone can feel successful as they learn. I not only focus on playing technique, but sight-reading, ear training, theory and music history to help create well-rounded musicians and artists.

I help local families by having more flexible lessons options by offering Masterclasses and a swap Calendar for makeup lessons. Unique to my studio is the yearly recital in the SAMI Center (where pianists perform on the Elton John Signature Red Grand Piano), individualized arrangements of favorite compositions for recital performances, and group lessons and labs to help busy families.

I run my studio full-time; as a teacher, arranger, and clinician.  Lessons are available in guitar, piano, percussion & ukulele in Spirit Lake, IA and Spencer, IA.
